Each player’s recruiting journey is different. True Lacrosse Michigan will work its hardest to help all of its players in the recruiting process while they are a member of the program. The college recruiting process for lacrosse can be difficult and complicated at times, but the coaches at True Michigan will help to guide each individual player with a unique and individualized plan. Players and Parents at True Lacrosse Michigan will have access to three recruiting tools that no other program in Michigan can offer.
Experienced college and high school coaches on staff who are experts in coaching and the college recruiting process.
Access to our online recruiting platform, Connect Lax. Connect Lax is an outstanding tool that allows True Michigan players and coaches to connect with college coaches, create highlight videos, and create a college list that is specific to each player’s academic and athletic interests.
Access to True Michigan’s Director of Recruiting and Player Development, Bill Lee. Coach Lee has been a high school lacrosse coach for thirty years and has had the pleasure of guiding hundreds of families through the college recruiting process. Overall, the coaches at True Michigan will work closely with families to ensure each family will obtain the knowledge and guidance they need to navigate the recruiting process with confidence. We look forward to work with you!
-- "Bill Lee was specifically helpful with direct communication with several of the programs Andrew was interested in. He was able to get right to the coaches and get Andrew closer looks. The True organization has relationships with many colleges, tournaments and prospect camps that provide good chances to be seen by coaches. True Michigan is the reason why Andrew got attention and committed to his # 1 target school." -- Chris Carney, father of Andrew, '22, committed to U Indy
-- "Coach Bill Lee helped Brendan build out his recruiting profile providing feedback on film and content. He worked closely with Brendan to match schools that fit his individualized criteria for academic programs, size and geography. He also helped with making introductions and providing a reference to Brendan’s character and athletic skill set." -- Brian O'Donnell, father of Brendan, '22 committed to Hope College
