Private, Semi-Private, and Group Lessons

True Lacrosse is now offering lessons at the individual, Pair, Trio, and Group Levels. All sessions are coached by one of our qualified staff members who have all played at the highest level of lacrosse and mastered their respective position.  

Private and Semi-Private instruction are the best way to gain a competitive edge amongst your peers. While playing Lacrosse at the team level is undoubtedly important, coaches are focused on facilitating entire practices, and Individual skills are often glazed over.

Each hour is focused entirely on the athlete. Whether you are an advanced collegiate athlete or a beginner handling a stick for the first time, True University can help you achieve your immediate and long term goals.
